Consultation Booking Policy

Booking & Payment
All consultations must be booked in advance by our booking system or by direct arrangement.
You will receive an invoice following your consultation, with payment due within 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Any remedies prescribed as a result of your consultation will be invoiced along with your consultation fee and are payable within the same terms. Items may not be sent until payment is made.
Late payment may result in a late fee or suspension of future bookings until payment is received.
Consultation Format
Consultations are conducted online unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for your appointment.
All client information is treated confidentially and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens, but appointment times are reserved specifically for you and late changes impact our schedule.
Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours’ before your appointment incur no fee.
Cancellations and reschedules made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the consultation cost to cover the reserved appointment time.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to attend the appointment, are considered a missed appointment. In these cases, the full consultation fee applies and will be invoiced to you following the scheduled appointment time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your consultation, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients. Missed time cannot be extended or refunded.
Refunds
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction with outcomes, as individual responses and results cannot be guaranteed.
Consultation Scope & Responsibility
Consultations and recommendations are provided based on homeopathic principles and holistic assessment. They are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis by a qualified healthcare professional.
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your health decisions and the voluntary nature of engaging in homeopathic services.
Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
Any follow-up communication, remedy adjustments, or ongoing support outside the booked consultation may require a separate appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Consultation Interruption
While every effort is made to provide an uninterrupted consultation, there is a rare chance that sessions may be briefly interrupted due to childcare or household circumstances. Such interruptions are exceptional and do not warrant a reduction, refund, or waiver of the consultation fee. Consultations will still be conducted with full attention and professionalism, and session time will not be extended for minor interruptions.
Changes to This Policy
Sagefolk Homeopathy reserves the right to update this Booking Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the website. Please review before each future booking.
